These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FAST MODEL PAY (“we,” “us,” “our”), the services provided, and your rights and responsibilities as a user. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
1. Overview of Services
FAST MODEL PAY provides early payouts for content creators and performers by processing earnings from supported platforms.
Users can request payments ahead of platform schedules and receive a single, faster payout from us.
Supported Platforms Include:

We reserve the right to add or remove supported platforms at any time.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to earn income on supported platforms.
Registration requires submitting accurate information, including identity verification documents where necessary.
You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of each supported platform.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
3. How Payouts Work
1️⃣ Request a Payout – Inform us which platforms to cash out thru you portal/profile on our system.
2️⃣ Funds Verification – We confirm the amount sent before processing payouts.
3️⃣ Receive Your Payment – Once verified, we send a single, consolidated payout directly to you.
4. Payment Methods & Currencies
FAST MODEL PAY provides payments in:

💷 Pounds (GBP)
💵 Dollars (USD)
💱 Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported cryptocurrencies)
Users may select their preferred payout method at the time of request. Processing times may vary based on the chosen method.
5. Fees & Charges
Users are responsible for any transaction fees from third-party payment processors ( for example, but not limited to, crypto transfer fees, bank charges, currency exchange fee etc.) Any service fees will be applied to payouts, depending on the payment method requested..
Invoices will be made available upon request detailing any and all fees/charges applied.
6. Chargebacks, Disputes & Negative Balances
If a platform withholds, reverses, or charges back payments, we are not responsible for reimbursement.
Any negative balance resulting from a chargeback or platform dispute will be deducted from future earnings.
Users must ensure that their platform accounts comply with all terms and conditions to avoid withheld payments.
7. Tax Obligations
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
FAST MODEL PAY does not withhold or deduct taxes from payouts.
8. KYC (Know Your Customer) & Compliance
To prevent fraud and ensure compliance, we may require identity verification before processing payments.
Payments will not be processed until all required documents are submitted and verified.
9. Fast Pay Service & Processing Times
Our Fast Pay Service allows instant payouts within operating hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday.
Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
While we aim to process payments within 30 minutes, processing times are not guaranteed.
10. Promotional Offers & Referral Bonuses
Promotions, including welcome bonuses and referral bonuses, may be offered at our discretion.
Referral bonuses apply only when new users meet minimum earnings criteria (e.g., $500 in the past 30 days).
FAST MODEL PAY reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
11. Account Termination & User Responsibilities
Users may leave FAST MODEL PAY at any time, provided all outstanding balances and obligations are settled.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users engage in fraudulent activity, violate platform terms, or misuse our services.
12. Disclaimer & Liability
FAST MODEL PAY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or platform payout policies.
We do not guarantee earnings, nor are we liable for losses due to platform policy changes or user violations.
Users agree that FAST MODEL PAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
13. Updates & Changes to Terms
FAST MODEL PAY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
